The organizers of March for Our Lives San Jose are solidifying plans for the March 24 event and hope to enlist as many as a dozen volunteers to speak at the anti-gun violence rally that follows the march, If all goes as planned, the march will start at San Jose City Hall at 11 a.m, Participants will then walk ballet slippers with arch support to Arena Green, across from SAP Center, for the rally, March for Our Lives San Jose is being organized by a group of Saratoga students from Prospect High School. Junior Julie Son said she got involved after watching Parkland, Florida students on television following the Valentine’s Day school shooting that left 17 dead..
