The strange saga of Rob Ford, the Toronto mayor who admitted to smoking crack earlier this year, continues. On Tuesday, Ford and other members of the city council began dancing as a jazz group covered Bob Marley’s “One Love.”. It’s unclear why musical performances were part of the city council gathering, but CBC reports that the group — Jay Douglas And The All Stars — also performed an original called Christmas Carol Blues. It’s the second time in a week Mayor Ford has shown an appreciation for funky music: On Sunday, he visited West Toronto’s Church of God and boogied to its gospel choir.
